We ship products worldwide by DHL which ships to more than 190 countries worldwide.
❀ ┅ All "Made To Order" items take 2-3 weeks to be made.
❀ ┅ All "Ready To Ship" items will dispatch in 2-4 business days.
Shipping time is approximately 4 business days once your order has been shipped.
If you require your order by a certain date please contact us BEFORE ordering.
We use DHL for our shipping service which takes approximately 4-5 working days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided.
If you waive the signature requirement you also waive rights to claim for damage or loss. We are not responsible for orders that have been approved to be left unattended.
‼️ Changes to delivery CANNOT be made once an order has been shipped.
EMS will be used for Remote Areas: Areas DHL classify as "remote" (some parts of Europe and Australia) which takes 7-10 business days for delivery.
‼️ IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES. Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the sale price & we are not responsible for these fees.
‼️ ATTENTION CANADA, UK & OTHER EUROPE BUYERS. Expect import duties to be applied by your government upon importation of your order. These duties are the full responsibility of the buyer.

❀ United States Of America is ONLY for the 50 states of America. Do not select USA as your shipping country if you live in Puerto Rico or other American Territory.
‼️ A telephone number is required to ship orders.
‼️ We are unable to ship to PO Boxes this includes APO, AP etc. If you submit an order with a box address you will need to provide a street address. Orders won't be cancelled.
Failure to deliver or collect your order within a reasonable timeframe will result in DHL rendering your package as abandoned. We are not responsible in any way for this.
If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us immediately.
We are not liable for lost, damaged, stollen, abandoned packages, delays in shipping times etc. In the event of delayed or lost packages we will do our upmost to help resolve the issue. Parcel insurance and any claims for loss & damages must be made by the buyer in their home country.
