Production Times:
❀ "Made To Order" items= dispatch in 2-3 weeks.
❀ "Made To Order" items + RUSH ORDER add-on= dispatch in 6 business days.
❀ "Ready To Ship" items= dispatch in 2-4 business days.
ALL items not marked as "ready to ship" are a "made to order" item.
Orders are shipped with DHL Express with a delivery time of approx 4-5 business days.
A tracking number will be provided. A delivery signature may be required, if you wish to waive this requirement it mist be requested BEFORE your order ships.
Changes to delivery address CANNOT be made once an order has been shipped.
CUSTOMS DUTIES

Most orders shipped to USA and Australia are tax and duty free (for bulk orders, please check your local import limits).

United States Of America is ONLY for the 50 states of America. Do not select USA when shipping to Puerto Rico or other American Territory.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. Orders will not be cancelled.
We are not liable for lost, damaged, stollen, abandoned packages for failure to deliver or collect, delays in shipping times etc. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days please contact us immediately.
Failure to deliver may result in your package being destroyed at destination. We are not liable for this in any way.
